Sanitizing and Antimicrobial Treatment in Naselle, WA

Sanitizing and Antimicrobial Treatment in Naselle, WA

Disinfection is the step after removal, never a replacement for it, and the sequence is what makes it work.

Cleaning comes first. Organic material shields surfaces from any disinfectant, so spraying over silt and residue treats the silt rather than the structure. Naselle, WA Flood Cleanup cleans Naselle, WA surfaces physically, then applies EPA-registered antimicrobial products and observes the dwell time printed on the label rather than wiping immediately.

That dwell time is the most commonly skipped step in this industry. A product rated for ten minutes of contact does very little in thirty seconds.

Treatment goes on framing, subfloor, concrete and the cavities opened by flood cuts. Porous materials are not treated, they are removed, because no product reaches contamination inside them.

Where odor persists after proper cleaning and treatment, source material is still present somewhere and we find it rather than masking it.
